Until the start of the COVID Pandemic JEC’s primary focus was principally on infrastructure projects in sub–Saharan Africa, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Countries and South – East Asia. More recently it has refocused on Europe and the UK in particular the need for finance in the drive to achieve Net Zero Carbon emissions that requires patient capital/finance.
In the past five years JEC has led the arrangement of in excess of one billion US dollars ($1B) in long term, low interest financing.
JEC’s corporate compliance policy is aligned to the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977 – (FCPA); the UK Bribery Act 2010 (amended 2020), and related EU Ant-Corruption laws.
